Provide feedback about Account Protect decisions for a specific event/account/user.
In order to improve Account Protect detection, you could send a detection feedback. We advice to send a feedback when:
- You take a decision to block a user on your side.
- You take a decision to allow a user on your side after Account Protect recommended to deny it.
The decision can be from any origin: either manual decision done by an analyst or an automated system you have setup (rule engine, report from other users, rate limit ...).
The feedback you will provide will help to adjust the detection.
